The Goddess Ceres gives tobacco to Cuba and starts it all. Spectacular embossed 26”x21”± poster printed c1900 by Gebruder Klingenberg for Belgian cigar maker F. Wyters.

Klingenberg’s President reported in an 1980’s visit to the U.S. that these gorgeous examples of the printer’s art were made in very small quantities (sometimes less than a dozen) for select European, Cuban and American companies.
